Your mission
We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Account Executive with deep domain expertise in B2B BNPL or embedded factoring/receivable finance to take over our founder-led sales pipeline and close high-value deals. As our first senior sales hire, you’ll play a vital role in growing our business in Germany and beyond. You’ll work closely with an SDR who generates leads, but your role will be to drive the entire sales process independently—from discovery to negotiation and contract execution.
While this is a hands-on role focused on direct sales, there is a fast-track opportunity for leadership. Should you desire, you’ll have the chance to grow into Tilta’s sales leader, where you can build and lead a sales team as we scale.
What you will do- Take over a pipeline of leads generated by our SDR and successfully close deals, managing the entire sales cycle.
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to drive growth, focusing on the German market with potential international expansion.
- Collaborate with founders to ensure smooth transitions from founder-led to structured sales processes.
- Build lasting relationships with decision-makers at target companies, positioning Tilta as the go-to solution for B2B BNPL and embedded factoring.
- Optionally, step into a sales leadership role to build a scalable sales organization.
